Oral Fertility Medications

This online course will introduce you to most common oral medications including adjuvant and supplements used in current fertility practice. As specialists of women’s health, physicians taking care of patients trying to get pregnant or during pregnancy should be familiar with these medications in order to counsel the patients about their use. This presentation is not intended to be a comprehensive review but rather a brief summary about each drug.

Learning objectives:
  • Compare oral medications for ovulation induction;
  • Examine adjuvant treatment used in ovulation induction/IVF;
  • Describe supplements and vitamins commonly prescribed to infertile patients.
