	Biography Alexandre Lafleur is an Associate Professor in Université Laval’s Department of Medicine and a specialist in internal medicine at the CHU de Québec. He received a Master of Health Science Education degree from the Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He was a Co-holder of the Chaire de leadership en enseignement des sciences de la santé (leadership chair in health sciences education) AMC-MD from 2017 to 2021. His research interests include feedback and teaching cross-curricular competencies (or CanMEDS roles). He coordinates cross-curricular competency teaching in postgraduate medical studies at Université Laval. Disclosure 1.
