Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. A refund (less a $50 processing fee) for the in-person event will be provided only for cancellation requests received prior to May 7, 2022. Refunds will not be provided to those registered for the virtual option.

Registration receipt
Your official receipt will be sent by email to the email address on your account profile. If you have misplaced a copy you can sign in to your account to access a copy. Please ensure that the email address on your account is up-to-date.

Session recordings/Photographs
By registering for this event, you understand that you may appear in photographs or video recordings and that the SOGC may use such photographs or videos for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to print or online promotional material.
