Resident Professional Development Program (RPDP)
The RPDP is a special program developed to be specifically tailored to the educational needs of residents. The program fosters the professional development of future leaders in health care and provides individuals with the opportunity to meet their peers from medical programs across Canada and abroad to exchange information regarding future careers and development in women’s health care. The RPDP requires all medical university departments of Ob/Gyn to select residents through competition at their local university. The number of participating residents is 32 (2 from each of the 16 medical faculties in Canada).
