International Women's Health Program Volunteer Recognition Award

Description

This award recognizes and celebrates the outstanding commitment and excellence of an SOGC volunteer for the contribution of knowledge, expertise and experience to the International Women's Health Program's many initiatives in low resource settings.

Award

A plaque will be awarded annually at the International Women's Health Symposium held during the SOGC's Annual Clinical Meeting.

Eligibility

• Member of SOGC (all categories);
• Made significant contributions to international women's health;
• Contributed to the SOGC's International Women's Health Program projects.

Application deadline

February 15

Nomination and selection

Submissions will be reviewed and selected by the International Women's Health Committee and approved at the March Executive and Council meetings.
