You may choose the full conference registration, one-day or two-day option. Registration fee includes breakfasts, coffee breaks and lunches offered on the days for which you have registered as well as access to the conference syllabus (online) for the days for which you are registered. SOGC members only save 10% on conference registration fees with our early bird discount available until midnight EST on Sunday, December 22, 2019.
Last-call registrations will be subject to a charge equal to 30% of the regular registration fee. Registrations received after EST midnight on Thursday, March 5, 2020
will be subject to the last-call pricing.

Cancellation and refund policy
The entire registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee, if a written notice of cancellation is received on or before Monday, February 10, 2020
. No refunds will be granted on or after that date.
Your official receipt will be sent by email. If you have misplaced a copy you can sign in to your account to access a copy.
It is strongly recommended that you register in advance. On-site registrations impact our ability to accurately anticipate attendance for seating, meals and conference materials and may not be accepted if the conference is sold-out.
By registering for an SOGC event, you understand that you may appear in photos/videos taken by the SOGC at the event and that the SOGC may use such photos/videos for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to print or online promotional material. You agree that you shall have no claim against the SOGC or against anyone accessing these materials and that they remain the property of the SOGC.
