The SOGC has more than 4,000 members and the ACSC brings together approximately 500-650 attendees comprising of: obstetricians/gynaecologists (69%), physicians (9%), nurses (3%), midwives (2%) residents and medical students (26%). It is the largest gathering of health-care professionals dedicated to obstetrics and gynaecology in Canada.
The conference provides a unique opportunity for industry partners to meet national experts and enjoy a comprehensive scientific program which includes international symposia, workshops and sub-specialty sessions highlighting the latest Canadian research and clinical guidance. We strive to keep our members and healthcare professionals informed on the latest techniques, products, drugs, medical devices and other equipment in the fields of obstetrics and gynaecology.

Peak Exhibit Hours
The exhibit hall will be open Wednesday, June 10 from 07:30 – 17:00 and Thursday, June 11 from 07:30 – 15:45 (heaviest traffic during AM/PM breaks and lunch). All conference food and beverage is served inside the exhibit area.
We invite all sponsors and exhibitors to attend the opening reception which will be held on Tuesday, June 9 at The Lowertown Brewery from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. This provides an additional opportunity to network with leaders in obstetrics and gynaecology in an informal setting.
All of our sponsors and exhibitors are well showcased throughout the conference. All exhibitors have their company description, logo & booth location listed in Exhibit Directory through our Event App in addition to being listed on the conference website. A list of participants including name, city and province is provided in advance
The SOGC is recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada as a fully accredited provider of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits within the College’s Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program. Accredited educational events, developed or co-developed, with or by the SOGC, must meet the CMA Guidelines governing the relationship between physicians and the pharmaceutical industry.
