Biography
Paul Mohapel began his career as a neuroscientist, and while working in Sweden he had an epiphany that inspired him to leave science and move towards leadership. Today, Paul uses his knowledge of the brain, psychology, and leadership to consult, facilitate and educate with organizations. He works with a wide array of clients, ranging from private corporations, government, and health care. He is an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University and the Canadian Medical Association, teaching in leadership. He also conducts some research in leadership, having published over 30 academic articles. His areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, mindfulness, engagement, interpersonal communication, team processes, talent management, strength-based leadership, and curriculum and research design.
