	Biography Sydney McQueen is an MD/PhD student at the University of Toronto. She previously completed a BSc in Life Science and Neuroscience at Queen’s University, and an MSc in Health Science Education at McMaster University. Sydney’s research interests include competency-based assessment and feedback in medical training and the development of expertise. Her current work is focused on the experience of surgeon stress in clinical practice. Disclosure I do not have a relationship with a for-profit and/or a not-for-profit organization to disclose, nor do I intend to make therapeutic recommendations for medications that have not received regulatory approval (i.e. “off-label” use of medication).
