	Biography Dr. Laura Bennion is a family physician in Calgary, AB with a special interest in sports medicine and obstetrics. In addition to her family practice duties, Dr. Bennion works at Group 23 Sports Medicine, with Hockey Canada's women’s high performance programs, and at the Low Risk Maternity Clinic. Dr. Bennion is passionate about promoting physical activity to pregnant women, and in guiding women to a safe return to physical activity in the postpartum period. Dr. Bennion is a mother of two kids and a long-time hockey player, cyclist, and lover of all things active.
