	Biography Kim is an Associate Professor of Teaching at the Midwifery Program in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC. She has a Masters in Nursing with a Certificate in Midwifery and has been a Registered Midwife in BC since 1998. Kim is Past President of the Canadian Association of Midwives and has served on the boards of the College of Midwives of BC, the Midwives Association of BC and SOGC as an associate midwife council member. Kim is currently a member of the Executive of the Canadian Association of Midwifery Education and is the Midwifery Lead at the UBC CPD program in the Faculty of Medicine. Kim lives in Vancouver with her husband of 37 years and their two Labrador retrievers. Disclosure I do not have a relationship with a for-profit and/or a not-for-profit organization to disclose.
