Please note that trade pieces will not be accepted. Awards will not be given for work primarily directed to medical and allied professions.

The 2012 Awards will recognize articles/reports focusing on women's health issues in a Canadian consumer newspaper, magazine, or broadcast report in Canada from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011.

Print (Newspaper, general interest magazine or on-line news): print articles should be feature style, at least 1000 words in length

Broadcast (Television or radio): Broadcast submissions should be documentary style and at least 2 minutes in duration
