Registration Information

Notes:
• All payments must be in Canadian funds and must be submitted with the registration form.
• Acceptable methods of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, or a cheque made payable to the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC.)
• Registration fee includes: admission to the scientific program, syllabi, exhibits, continental breakfasts, lunches, and health breaks where applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable, less a 25% cancellation penalty, if notification is received in writing no later than Tuesday, February 21, 2012. There will be no refunds after that date. The SOGC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient registrations.

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Your official receipt will be sent via email after the conference. A certificate of attendance will be included in your registration package.
