Conference Registration
The registration fee includes CME course materials on USB key, continental breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch (where applicable).
NOTE:
- All payments must be in Canadian funds and must be submitted with the
registration form.
- Methods of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, or a cheque made payable to the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees are refundable, less a 25% cancellation penalty, if notification is received in writing no later than Friday, November 4th, 2011. There will be no refunds after that date. The SOGC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient registrations.
Receipt and Certificate of Attendance
An official receipt will be sent to you from the National Office after the program is held. A Certificate of Attendance will be included in your registration package.
