In order to participate at the conference, you must stay at the Paradisus Playa Conchal Resort. No participants
from other resorts can be accepted on day passes.
SOGC’s negotiated package rates are based on two
direct flights from Toronto to Liberia on March 6, 2010
(45 minutes from Liberia airport to the Resort). Add-on
flights from major Canadian cities are available. (Add-on
fees will apply when departing from other cities).

Helpful Travel Information:
A valid Canadian Passport is required for Canadians
intending to visit Costa Rica. The passport should be
valid for at least 30 days beyond the date of the
expected departure from the country. No VISA is
required. Costa Rica Departure Tax will be charged
at the time of departure.
All single parents with their children must have a
notarized letter from the other parent giving them
permission to bring their child abroad. This letter is to be
notarized by a lawyer or notary.
Before you go abroad, make certain that you get all of
necessary immunizations in a timely fashion. For more
