Notes:
• All payments must be in Canadian funds and must be submitted with the registration form.
• The registration fee includes the Welcome Reception, coffee breaks and all program
materials for each delegate.
• Companions and children are asked to register for the OPENING RECEPTION if attending.
• Acceptable methods of payment include: VISA, MasterCard, or a cheque made payable to the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC.)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
There will be NO CME PROGRAM REFUNDS after Friday, February 12, 2011. All refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation penalty prior to Friday, February 12, 2011.
