Payment Information
- All payments must be in Canadian funds and must be submitted at the same time as the registration form.
- Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard or a cheque made payable to the SOGC.
- Registration fees include admission to the scientific program, syllabi, exhibits, coffee breaks, continental breakfasts and luncheons where applicable. Your fee also includes the Opening Reception and the Awards Ceremony Reception.
- Everyone who participates in the Annual Clinical Meeting must register. This applies to participants, speakers, Research and Innovation Day presenters, sponsors and exhibitors. Please note that most sessions have limited registration, so register early to secure your selection.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation letter will be sent to you by email after your registration fee is received. Official receipts will be mailed out after the conference.

Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be included in your registration package.
Cancellation Policy
The entire registration fee will be refunded if a written notice of cancellation is received on or before Friday, May 8, 2009. 75% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between May 8 and May 29. No refunds will be granted on or after May 30, 2009.
