ACM 2008 - Daily Fees

In the recent SOGC brochure entitled “Experience Calgary - ACM2008” the member type was omitted from the daily registration fee section of the registration form. Please view the revised registration form at ACM2008-Registration Form for correct pricing information.

SOGC apologizes for the error made and any inconveniences that this may have caused.

Please note: All payments must be in Canadian funds and must be submitted at the same time as the registration form. Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard or a cheque made payable to the SOGC.

Registration fees include admission to the scientific program, syllabi, exhibits, coffee breaks, continental breakfasts and luncheons where applicable. Your fee also includes the Opening Reception and the Awards Ceremony Reception.

You are encouraged to pre-register for the conference and take advantage of the early bird registration fees, deadline date is Friday, May 16, 2008.

Note: Everyone who participates in the Annual Clinical Meeting must register. This applies to participants, speakers, Research and Innovation presenters, sponsors and exhibitors.

Most sessions have limited registration, so register early to secure your selection. The Preliminary Program will be sent in March 2008.
